Ottley took over as President of Ottley Properties, Inc. and relocated its headquarters to Richmond, VA. With emphases on retail redevelopment, Ottley Properties is adept at researching the market to uncover the best locations and strategically redirecting "distressed" properties. In addition to Retail, the company specializes in Land, Office and Industrial transactions; acquisitions and dispositions.
